Venue & Event Sponsorship
Help secure a larger event space and support the logistics needed to bring more players together. We're interested in discussing a potential lead or title sponsor.
PARTNER WITH US IN 2027
MTGForKids.Org brings Magic: The Gathering players, businesses, artists, and volunteers together to support Children's Miracle Network at Freeman Health System through Extra Life. We're seeking partners to help grow our 2027 community event in the Joplin area.
What started as a local Pauper tournament has grown through the generosity of players, game stores, donors, artists, and businesses. Our 2026 tournament reached its 64-player venue cap. For 2027, we're targeting 100+ Pauper players with a larger venue, plus potential additional attendance for side events, vendors, artists, and casual Commander play. These are planning goals, not confirmed attendance. Your partnership can help us make that expansion possible while keeping the focus on supporting kids.
We're open to discussing partnerships that fit your organization. Potential opportunities include:
Help secure a larger event space and support the logistics needed to bring more players together. We're interested in discussing a potential lead or title sponsor.
Contribute toward approved event needs or support the fundraising effort directly. We'll discuss the intended use and recognition before any commitment.
Magic accessories, playmats, cards, gaming products, gift cards, experiences, and other items can support tournament prizes and fundraising activities.
Printing, signage, refreshments, equipment, event services, and promotion can all help make a bigger gathering possible.
We want every partnership to be meaningful. Depending on the type and scale of support, we can discuss appropriate recognition through event materials, our website, social media, and on-site acknowledgments. Specific sponsorship packages, benefits, and event details are still being developed; no recognition placement is guaranteed until agreed upon.
LET'S TALK
Whether you're a local business, gaming company, artist, or community partner, we'd love to hear your ideas. Tell us a little about your organization and the kind of support you're considering.
